Well, maybe. It is just listed as Local Documents under manage websites. And
you have a variety of choices: Ask, Block, Allow, Always allow. Mine was set
to Allow so I changed it to Block. Cleared history and caches, restarted
safari, and the jsmol still runs. But that is probably expected since it is
not Java. DUH.
However, the java choices do not on the older version of jmol.
