Otis, I don't think that "jsmol/j2s" is the same as "./j2s" and Anthony's source suggests that JSmol files are in the same folder as the page, given <SCRIPT TYPE="text/javascript" SRC="JSmol.min.js so there is no "jsmol" folder in his setup.
