I think ./THIS is original Unix for " in the same directory." The ../THIS
notation says "jump back a directory and start looking for THIS."
If I'm correct on this, ./j2s is saying, "In the current directory
(presumedly jsmol), look for the directory j2s - i.e. jsmol/j2s, with
respect to the calling page in the same directory as jsmol. So If Anthony's
htm file is in the same directory as jsmol, I think ./j2s and jsmol/j2s are
synonymous, at least on Unix and web servers.
