Accents certainly rate as far as attractiveness goes. I find the US accent in a man makes him more attractive to me(assuming he is attractive in the first place). They are stronger and deeper.
Scottish accents too. The female verisons of these are very appealling too. In fact, American women seem to have deepr voices than British ones.
