Dire Straits kicks off their superb "Making Movies" record with an excerpt from "The Carousel Waltz"...then there are the classic songs, "If I Loved You", "You'll Never Walk Alone", and the piece de resistance, "Soliloquy", which I always wanted to perform on stage but now I'm much too old to be Billy Bigelow. Maybe we can put it on when we're all in the JMDL retirement home. The only real dud in the show is "A Real Nice Clambake". Six degrees to Joni?
