Although Kakki and I have disagreed about a lot of things over the last 5 1/2 years, I don't think she's ever caused me to feel accused of anti- Americanism. I just wanted to set the record straight as it pertains to me. And as Jim pointed out, posting (or attempting to post) Kakki's (or anyone's) given name publicly and without her consent is way out of line.
