I see a big difference between stretching out a correct pronunciation, as she 
does with "omelette" -- that IS hacing fun -- and changing a pronunciation 
entirely to a wrong one just for a bad rhyme.  I love her songwriting, but 
that one just irks me. 
And no JoniPollyanna is going to change my mind after 30 years. ;>)
