Not a gramar mistake, but a lyric mistake, unless maybe you're quoting from a 
live performance?
In the original version of ACOY on Blue, it's simply, "Were's that at?"

And to me, it's not so much the ending with a preposition that's a problem 
because many grammarians say that is antiquated objection, but the fact that 
"at" is superfluous. "Where's that?" should suffice.
