My mother's reply to "Where the hell's that at?" would be "BETWEEN THE 'A'
AND THE 'T'!!" Ending a sentence with a preposition (especially AT) is one

In the original version of ACOY on Blue, it's simply, "Were's that at?"
And to me, it's not so much the ending with a preposition that's a problem
because many grammarians say that is antiquated objection, but the fact that
"at" is superfluous. "Where's that?" should suffice.
