This is the one subject that concerns non Americans as well. Whetehr we like it
or not,m what goes on in the US affects us all. Particularly with regard to
peace. As with Reagan, the possibilty of WW3 is once again uppermost in our
minds. Rightly or not, we tend to think the US will cause it, one way or the
other.
