30 years ago.......wow,how time flys
i was a very little man(but not like little man....the movie).....then i was
mumsy"s pet,my folks were staying in New Bussa,Kainji Army Barracks,popsy was
still an odd rank soldier climbing the ladder,i was in play school......thats
kindergaten.Then Command was way high above the clouds for me.
I did Command and federal govt college exam in 1987............came to the
interview that same year in my school shorts and top................my legs
almost gave way because of the immense cold,i swore never to come back to the
land of Cold but when i made it......i couldnt resist the commandoe
call........................i guess the commandoe thing don dey Blood
since.......
the rest is history

At last, we have arrived. It is our 30th Anniversary week.
To kick-off the celebrations, why not go down memory lane and tell us where
you were 30 years ago? Which class were you? Did you know you were ever going
to be a Commando?
Let me start:
Name: Sagai John Adam (but "Adam John" to y'all)
30 years ago... I was a primary two student of one small school in Jos (Apata
Street). I didn't know anything about Command Secondary School (I doubt if I
even knew of "Secondary" School sef ). As the son of a soldier, I ended up
taking the entrance exams in Ikeja Cantonment sometime in 1981 and ended up in
CSS Jos. And the rest is history...
Ok, who is next: Where were you in September 1977?
