Ok, I've tested with IE, Opera, FF 3.0 and 3.5, Safari on Windows Vista x64 and Windows 7 x64. All of those archives fail. Switched to Linux and opened the archives that I previously downloaded in Windows, still fails. Downloaded new zip in Linux and I can open the archive, but the archive does not contain my customizations.
