Hey everone,
My name is Klaas Pieter Annema. I work at Sofa
(http://www.madebysofa.com), a small software company in Amsterdam.
I'm currently working on a web application for Enstore
(http://www.enstore.com), our e-commerce platform. I've previously
worked on iPhone and Mac applications.
My interest in Javascript is mostly related to Cappuccino
(http://cappuccino.org). For those that haven't heard of it,
Cappuccino is a project that aims to make building desktop-caliber web
applications easier. I'm one of the core contributors for Cappuccino.

Hey everyone. I'll just go with the flow and introduce myself as
well -
My name is Arieh. I've been working with the web for 6 years now,
the last 2 I've been centering myself around front-end
development. Most of my work today is with Mootools (FTW), but I
love JS on all its flavors (probably the funnest language I've
stumbled upon). This is by far the most active list I've
subscribed to (mootools-users beeing the second, but not half as
active I think), so I hope I can keep up :) very exceited about
the idea behind the group though!

My page on the forge : http://mootools.net/forge/profile/arieh
And on github: https://github.com/arieh
I've also decided this year to start and maintain a high level
guide to JS as a language. It's still a work in progress but I'd
love your comment on it:

Really amazed at some of the names above me, as half of my
education this year has come from guys like Christian Johansen and
Nicholas Zakas (via YUI theater and such). I'm truly humbled!

around for about 5 minutes, then went to amazon and bought
your book. Looking forward to reading this!

Hi everyone,
Thanks Asen and Rey for the list. It's kinda overwhelming
to see how much it's being used already. Nice work!
My name is Christian Johansen, I'm a web developer based
in Norway. I've been doing contracting work for various
companies in Norway for quite a while, but in just two
weeks I'll try something different and work on
gitorious.org <http://gitorious.org> full-time. It's
frontend code needs some love :)
My main interest for a while has been testing/TDD and
JavaScript, and the most visible results of that is my
book, http://tddjs.com, my stub/mock framework
http://cjohansen.no/sinon and my blog http://cjohansen.no/en
Looking forward to watching this list grow and thrive.

Hi everyone,
My name is Amit Agarwal. I am a 2.5 year old Web
Developer. I am passionate for Javascript and its
insights. I keep experimenting with different Object
Oriented patterns of Javascript and closures.
I like writing about Javascript at
http://blog.amitagrwal.com. In my spare time, I play
badminton, watch YUI theater padcast and read
Javascript books/blogs.
I am a blind follower for Nicholas Zakas. Nicholas,

Hello everyone!
My name is Ariya Hidayat. Currently I'm working at
Sencha in Palo Alto.
I just entered the JS world few months ago. In the
last decade, I'm
involved in various native/C++ open-source
projects, among others
WebKit (as a reviewer), Qt (ex-Trolltech, acquired
by Nokia), and KDE
(for the office suite).
Since 5 years ago, I regularly post my
software-related activities
(and occasionaly, other stuff) in my blog:
http://ariya.blogspot.com/.
My rather boring personal homepage does also
exist: http://ariya.ofilabs.com/.
My primary interest on JS, beside to support
Sencha products, is
because I always like tinkering with interpreter
and compiler
technology.
I look forward to learning more about JS from all
the mentors!

Ariya Hidayat
