Hey everyone, My name is Jordan Harrison. The last 4 years I've been working in San Diego for Sigalert (http://www.sigalert.com). I work on multiple projects including a tv news application using C++ and OpenGL. I've also been developing a yet to be released iPhone app. I am the sole frontend engineer on our website but (and) I share the server workload with another programmer. When I started at Sigalert we were using ASP and I thought I would hate it coming from ASP.net. However, I've really come around to it and love that I can use javascript on both the server and client. I've even started using javascript to do other non-web related tasks ala Windows Script Host. I hope to learn a lot more about javascript in this group and would also like to make some contributions of my own.
