I have the same issues with not having access to news groups because of
security restrictions at work.

Just one problem, some people (me for instance) have no access to news
groups due to policy restrictions at work (no home internet access either
:(). A solution could be to turn the list into a news group but still give
some kind of email access, like sending periodic digest to people that so
chooses, although I don't know if that can be done.
Best regards

Subject: ListServer to News Group
Hi
Because of the large volume of messages generated by this list server ( I
now have 1800 in my JSP box) I would like to sugest that it be turned into
a
Newsgroup. If sun would host it.
What do you think?
