It's a 2.4 GHz P4, with 1Gig of memory (but it's quite full, many VMs running).
Linux 2.6.15, tomcat 5.5.
The attachments should be in the file you got. I would propose reducing the
cache sizes until you are seeing some effect. Current setting at jspwiki.org
is 4000.
