Thanks Harry; I've updated the website for the second one and set
2009-08-16 as the completion date as it directly relates to
JSPWIKI-545.

Which leaves us with the question of whether there were any
outstanding copyright holders on the pre-ASF JSPWiki who needed to
sign CLAs.

Looking at the status page, it says that 'all active committers have
submitted a contributors agreement', as of 2007-10-15. So the question
remaining is who the inactive committers were.

Anyone have that data? I don't know what JSPWiki looked like developer
community wise before it moved to the Incubator.
