Hi, did checkout the respective version jspwiki_2_9_0_rc1 with Eclipse, installed win32 svn client 1.7.5 from ASF, installed and started Apache James 2.3.2, added a user with my login name to the mail users (as assumed by org.apache.wiki.util.MailUtilTest), started build with "ant signeddist" and got a release JSPWiki-2.9.0-incubating-0-bin.zip and corresponding .MD5 and src.zip files.
