Hello Juan Pablo, yes, I can confirm, a build against tag jspwiki_2_9_0 creates JSPWiki-2.9.0-incubating-1-bin.zip and companions.
Where comes the rc2 from? It isn't mentioned anywhere. Is it important? Why different names for just one thing?
