In Durham you have the Regulator Book Store caf� (downstairs) on 9th street and The Blue Coffee Company. With TBCC's link you can access it just outside and next door at the Blue corn Caf�. Though I'm ticked at Blue corn, they've forgotten about me more than once while I was sitting waiting either for my food or the bill...
TBCC has no bathroom...thats the principal disadvantage to the Regulator. The Regulator also has lan links for those who haven't run down to wally world (or wherever) and spent the $50.
