And I was looking to solve a similar poisson type equation mainly a conservation equation div(v*Y - D grad Y) = 0 where Y is scalar, v an arbitrary specifyable vector field and D a scalar function also specifyable. Also instead of casting it in cartesian form I wanted to use spherical coordinates. See Ya
