To avoid forking the code further, we could just make a new Configuration
file and a new build file.  I think ME applications have to be built with
NetBeans.

We need a name.  I think we can avoid "Jump ME" for the obvious reason.
Something like MiniJUMP, or MobileJUMP, or (more obscure) Demitasse.
