I like MobileJUMP too! If we get something put together I could let an outfit like Juniper Systems and Magellan Professional know. They might be interested in funding some work on MobileJUMP.
In fact, I might send an e-mail to my Magellan Professional dealer today, if no one has any objections. Maybe we can get a sponsor to pay for the intial work on MobileJUMP. I don't think there really is an alternative to ArcPAD for mobile GIS devices, and certainly nothing open source. Would Larry's, Paul's, or Martin's company be intersted in this if we got a sponsor? (This might be a long shot, but you never know...) Any comments?
