I don't like Apple changing some things; but here I must side on their end; it's been three weeks since Big Sur has been released; and there are so many components between their os and Jupyter that we can't put the blame on them. Maybe I'm getting to old, but I alway wait a few weeks month to update OS because issues like this always arise. Also Jupyter/Anaconda is likely far from the most installed application on Macs.
