We don't provide Help with the app. I don't know many / any apps that do. 

We do have a website with some documentation  - http://k9mail.github.io/

As for Not Junk, I don't think this is a standardized bit of the spec so each 
email provider probably does it differently in the Web client. Right now all 
you can do is move it out the Junk folder I think.
