Okay, many thanks for the below. I went all over K-9 in an attempt to find 'Help'. Maybe it would be an idea to add 'Help' simply consisting of something like 'For Help visit...etc'
As for junk: just until the last few days I have been using the Outlook-app. Junk mail could 'marked' then click on 'Not junk' The mail then moves over to the inbox.
