Hello, in fact I had the same issue on a Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) with Android operating system. Using my browser, I found: There has been a message group with lots of discussion in April / May this year:

Finally, the track has been closed with the message of the developpers "we know the issue". They did not say, whether they would do something about it, however. Anyone knows about this?
