[plasmashell] [Bug 524178] Master volume always at max despite changing volume via the volume slider. Even if volume is a 1%, 15%, 50% etc master volume is always at max despite what volume is displayed as.

Basically when I put Ubuntu on the machine with Gnome desktop environment the
volume ends up being very low, however unlike the issue with KDE Plasma I can
still adjust the master volume level from the volume slider and it works fine,
it's just very low but that is a much more workable issue compared to the one I
have with KDE Plasma.
