Ctrl + Shift + N is used by default to create new folders. It works perfectly having Firefox or Chrome open and in another window having Dolphin open. Except when the focused window is the browser, something expected. Can you still reproduce this with Dolphin 26.0.3 or later? If you can, please set this back to CONFIRMED.
