--- Comment #16 from Branislav Klocok <[email protected]> --- Thanks, and thanks for the clarification about the old API. That settles it for the Skanpage change I am working on, which will stay on SelectionTool. I also tried the build-side workaround Sergio suggested. I built v0.7.0.1 from the tag twice against Qt 6.11.2, once unchanged and once with this line appended to src/CMakeLists.txt: set_target_properties(KQuickImageEditor PROPERTIES QT_QMLCACHEGEN_ARGUMENTS "--only-bytecode") In the second build the qmlcachegen commands for SelectionTool.qml and SelectionHandle.qml carry --only-bytecode, in the first one they do not. With the unchanged build the handles are broken (63 loop warnings). With the --only-bytecode build all eight handles work and there are no warnings. So it works as a workaround on the library side. It applies to all QML files of the module, not only to SelectionTool, and I have not measured any performance impact. Tested with Qt 6.11.2 on openSUSE Tumbleweed. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
