            Bug ID: 526540
Summary: Konsole runs toolbox list on every startup, which can
                    stop all running user containers
    Classification: Applications
           Product: konsole
      Version First 26.08.1
       Reported In:
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

DESCRIPTION

I do not use konsole by default as terminal, so it is started when I run a
command line tool like htop from the KDE menu. This sometimes stops all my
running user podman containers.

konsole calls `toolbox list --containers` on startup if toolbox is installed.
This is not configurable.

`toolbox list --containers` calls `podman system migrate` if the podman version
differs.

`podman system migrate` stops all running containers.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
[0. close Konsole]
1. Have toolbox and podman installed.
2. Run some rootless podman container
3. Update podman, or put a different version into
~/.config/toolbox/podman-system-migrate
4. Start Konsole

OBSERVED RESULT

All my running containers are stopped.
The journal shows podman --log-level error system migrate

EXPECTED RESULT

Well, opening a terminal emulator should not stop any running containers.
