I've committed to trunk because ervin thought it wouldn't be necessary to go through some other review instace because he would review it anyways in trunk. Actually I thought it would have been written in techbase but is seems it got lost in between the notes at akademy and the final techbase page update... To be honest, I didn't knew anything of this devicekit branch backend until this week (apart that there was an initial try with devicekit somewhere). Thats why I commited now to solve that situation as soon as possible... Anyways, I can move it some other location until we know how to proceed if you think thats better. Cheers, Michael
