Hm, I don't see what bearing release-team has here? release- team is the team doing releases of the KDE SC. Konversation makes its own releases without any assistance from release- team and we don't release alongside the KDE SC. This list on the other hand is definitely relevant. So, hands up who wants to block Konversation's move to git? Please understand that my intention here is not to step on anybody's toes, and I'm aware of the need for unity across KDE in how we manage our repositories. We don't want to go against the flow. However, the flow is towards git, that's the consensus. And I don't see how Konversation moving to git would do anything but advance that flow. The transition has been dragging on forever now; let's just start getting things done indeed. Any team that makes the switch now will be in a better pos- ition to help others who follow, and will be better able to contribute to preparing the ground for them. > Albert -- Best regards, Eike Hein _______________________________________________ Kde-scm-interest mailing list [email protected] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-scm-interest
