QUESTION #1: Does the Kepler license imply that all derivate work must also
use the same Kepler license and I can't use my own license?

For example, can I take a Kepler project like Orbit - and sell the framework
commercial under a proprietary license of my own that is not open?

QUESTION #2: What does "sublicense" mean and include?

For example, can I take a Kepler project like Orbit - license it under my
own made up private non-redistribute commercial license?

QUESTION #3: Since Kepler keeps the copyright, how does this limit me in
the use with commercial products?

For example, if I was to take a Kepler project and sell that project
commercially - how would not owning the copyright hinder me?

QUESTION #4: How owns the copy of derivate works of a Kepler project?
Kepler or the person who modified the Kepler project?
