I've started to play a bit with kicad (coming from "gschem" and "pcb"), and there are a few things where I'd appreciate some guidance:
How do I get out of the "Libs and Dir" window ? It has no "Cancel" button, no window decorations (so there is no "Close" on the window itself), and none of the buttons in the window seem to make it go away. My work-around so far is to kill eeschema. Fortunately, the changes are preserved, but this can't be right, can it ? In eeschem, how do I move the endpoint of a line ? Deleting and drawing again does the trick, but it seems a bit heavy-handed. Similarly, is there really no way to move things such that connections are preserved, or have I just not found it yet ? What's the best way to route SMT circuits in Pcbnew ? Changing the grid all the time seems awkward and it's hard to get accurately centered traces. "Global AutoRouter" complains that it doesn't find "anneal". What went wrong ?
