The problem I have is that this window has no controls at all (most others, e.g., the library browser, do). So it's either a bug in kicad, wxWindows, or in my window manager, fvwm. Well, I'll do some searching ... > You can drag it, by creating a block (while the Ctrl-key is down), around > the endpoint. Aaah, that's it ! Life just got much better :-) Thanks a lot ! > Personally I use a fine grid and changing the zoom with the mouse wheel > while drawing the track, I find that enough user friendly. Hmm, I'm a bit worried about components that are specified in metric units. The next best imperial grid size still yields an error of 1.6%. I haven't tried to complete a layout yet, so maybe I'm just too paranoid.
