And just look at Canada! What a mess! Dual languages will create dual lanes of information. I suspect 90% will be in English so if every non-English speaking KiCad user is happy to miss out on most information... By all means.
As there will be lot of extra effort wasted to translate between the languages, I fear that many users won't be bothered with the groups at all - and we are all at loss! I suppose there are absolutely nothing stopping KiCad users to styart up Spanish, french, Flaam or whatever groups. But just don't expect the lazy English-only speaking sods to even bother following these groups. It just won't happen - trust me! As soon as they spot "Spanish" or "French" ( especially French :) - that group will be de-selected. In my case, as i read Latin, I can follow both French, Spanish and Portugese but just do not expect the "Anglos" to have the remotest clue... This is just the human way to bee, nerds or no nerds! //Dan, M0DFI On Wednesday 15 November 2006 17:14, Vincent LE MIEUX wrote: > I think that it's not a good idea to create a list for others langages.
