Well, the fish who "babels" did quite a good job!  At least, I
recognise clearly the message Vincent wrote in his mother tongue
(being French).
Although it's a bit "hairy", it's doable... ;-)

And for the Dutch speaking people (while we're anyhow busy), it looks
like this (to avoid misunderstandings, I translated it, not "the fish"):
