Perhaps our packages are configured differently, I cannot understand
your problem! I did initially have problems with the tracks not being
perfectly aligned with the pads, which is important for such fine
pitch SMD components. I solved this by setting the user grid to the
finest pitch possible and switch to that whilst routing onto the pads
(you can swith on the fly using the context menu).

When taking a track from a pad, I click on the pad and extend the
track at 45 degrees. Once clear of the package I give another click to
pin the track.
