Sorry if this is an RTFM question but I haven't managed to find the answer yet after having designed 5 boards.
Is there a key to swap between the active layer pair while routing? I invariably start off on the wrong layer for surface mount components and I find it distracting to move the cursor up to the layer menu. TIA - MarkW
