The 0R links are standard SMD resistor components so just place them on the
board as you would an 0603 (or whatever size) resistor. There is a little
game of tag to go through with the schematic to get them in the right place
(if you want everything to match up) but it works fine.

Just set the drill size to zero should give a solid pad I think.
