Yes.

Ok, I understand. The SMD position data doesn't need for my pcb 
assembler (and not for me, too, when assembling by hand). But I can see 
now, the main problem is that when manufacturing, there are no objects 
for these "via-pads" on the cream-mask layer!
However it would be useful (as in Eagle) the ability of changing the 
shape of via.

My board will be small with some fine pitch parts, but perhaps not too 
crowded.

Yes, it would be a good way for assembling by hand.
