Yes, I already used this method, but this way a more complex pcb design 
with many bridges is not an easy game.

You mean drill size of via. Yes, it would be good solution (rectangular 
would be nicer than circle here). And it would be much easier, than 
modify schematic for many 0R resistors. But:
As I see, I can change via drill size with "Set via hole alt value" from 
local menu. If I set it to zero, an "Incorrect value for via drill, No 
via drill change" error message appears.
If I set a non-zero but minimal value, that's OK, but it will cause 
complication for pcb manufacturer I think.
