It's in the FAQ, too. But IIUC just for scaling problems. So I tried

Some problems anyway:
- No drill holes (at least in default 28dip300 module)
- "20" text touches the nearest track (the one between pads 13 and 14)
in gerbview, too.
But in pcbnew it's mote than 10 mils away!
Is it just a problem with text (if so it could be better to include
"guards" around it too!) or momething different (and I have to expect
"moving tracks")?
