I could "easily" bypass scaling problems by just using print dialog settings (and some tries). BTW, on my printer, "accurate 1:1" *is* quite accurate (the 28ell300 fits well w/ the actual IC).
The problem is that: - when plotting, text on copper layer gets moved by about 13 mils - when printing, test is NOT moved, but 28ell300 pads are no more elliptical but rectangular and with a hole whose diameter is more than the short side of the rect. The only thing I can do is to add those 13 mils, hoping the move is consistent (or just keep AT LEAST 20 mils all around text areas). BYtE, Diego.
