Robert, What is the output of this: C:> java -version This will tell if java is in your path, and also what version of the Java Virtual Machine is installed? Why are you running Windows? I assume its because you have some special phone number that lets you call Microsoft and get excellent support when you need it. This is a phone number I don't have, so I use Ubuntu. And for help with that I search the web and especially the Ubuntu forums. Dick
