Hello Greg You could try disabling DRC in PCBNEW so that it will let you connect the tracks to the correct net, and then re-enabling DRC to check. I think the tracks will be assigned to the correcponding nets. Regards Juan.

When I copy the tracks and attach them to the part of the board than needs them they pick up the correct nets.
