The errors tell you what the problems are, basically they are clearance issues. This can happen during layout if your bends in the tracks cut across a pad and "clip" the clearance area. The same thing applies to the zones, it's just too close to something.
The co-ords in the error message will identify the location on the board where the problems are. The first thing to do is fix the errors. How you do that will depend on the layout, usually I find that it just needs a slight tweak of the track position. Other times a reduction in track width might do the job, and so on.
