Actually, using "up to xxx" is misleading. I dunno if naay balaod that covers those types of marketing spins. Then murag hinay baya pud ang customer protection sa Pinas. Sa US,you can sue their asses off!
Naa pa pud uban na mo-declare, "if we experience technical issues, you will receive rebates". Duh! Wala ra kaabot ug 1% of ISPs give out rebates due to technical problems.
