Senior Researcher (Code: SR)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Law/Politics/ Sociology/ Public
Administration/ Economic Development from reputable university
(overseas graduate is preferable).
- Minimum 4 years experiences in conducting and leading research projects.
- Proven ability to explore new ideas to be delivered in comprehensive and high
quality proposal.
Junior Researcher (Code: JR)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Social Science from reputable university (overseas
graduate is preferable).
- Minimum 1 year experience in conducting research projects (fresh graduates
are encourage to apply).
General Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of public sector reform.
- Strong Leadership, Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Excellent proficiency in English both oral and written.
- Should be well versed in Microsoft Office and Internet (Statistical
Analysis software such as SPSS, Lisrel, etc is an advantage).
- Having ability to work in team as well as individually.
GA & HR Officer (Code: HRO)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Management/Accounti ng/Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years experiences in handling General Services & HR (experience in
NGO is an advantage).
- Strong Leadership, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
Admin & Finance Staff (Code: AFS)
Qualifications:
- Female
- Minimum Diploma degree in Accounting/Tax/ Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Administration/ Accounting Staff.
General Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in English both oral and written.
- Should be well versed in Microsoft Office and Internet.
- Having ability to work in team as well as individually.
- Honest, discipline, hard working and highly motivated.
