Test plan: 1. Apply patch and rebuild JavaScript. 2. Navigate to a non-existent item list, such as /cgi-bin/koha/lists/items/999 3. Verify the "Loading" text doesn't disappear, consistent with the behaviour of other Vue modules. 4. Verify there are no exceptions aside from 404s thrown in the developer console.
